LEADER Custom Vibration Motors

LEADER offers two custom motors designed for laser rangefinders:

1.LCM0612 - Anti-vibration Technology: Added gaskets reduce noise from internal vibrations, ensuring strong feedback during high-speed operation. Promptly remind the user of the end of the measurement.

2.LCM1034 - Optimal Speed Control: Balances strong feedback and low noise through controlled speed. It can result in a weak vibration that is not clearly perceived by the user and alerts them to the end of the measurement with low speed. If the RPM is too high, the motor may generate a high level of noise, affecting the player's experience and the atmosphere of the game.

Advantages of Vibration Motor: Both motors ensure clear tactile feedback while minimizing noise, ideal for users prioritizing quiet operation.

Key Applications:

1.Golf Courses:

- Vibration feedback helps golfers quickly determine the straight-line distance to the hole, considering terrain undulations for better shot strategies.

- Immediate tactile feedback keeps players focused while confirming measurement results.

2.Industrial/Construction Use:

- Motors work with optical systems to guide precise alignment.

When the laser beam is roughly aligned with the target but not yet fully and precisely aligned with the measurement point, the vibration motor can generate vibrations of different frequencies or intensities depending on the deviation of the laser from the target. Strong/high-frequency vibrations indicate large deviations and weak/low-frequency vibrations signal proximity to the target center.
