I. Vibration Measurement Instruments
LEADER uses the Japanese RION VM - 83 ultra - low - frequency vibration tester for motor vibration tests. It has a strict environment requirement. Its high cost (about RMB 40,000 yuan/unit for the tester and RMB 5,000 yuan/piece for the sensor) . The long single - test time makes batch testing difficult, so sampling inspection is usually used.
II. Vibration Measurement Operation
1. Before testing, tightly connect the sensor to the fixture and bundle the tester's cables to reduce interference.
2. Place the fixture with the motor at the center of the sponge pad to isolate vibration.
3. Paste the vibration motor at the center of the fixture's upper end for stability.
4. Connect the power supply, distinguishing positive and negative poles for brushless motors.
5. Select the "peak" mode on the vibration tester to get the maximum vibration value.
