Due to the size limitation of the smart ring, the compact size of the vibration motor becomes an important consideration in the design process. In order to ensure the comfort and aesthetics of the ring, LEADER has developed two motors that are suitable for smart rings: brushless motor LBM0620 and LBM0525.
LBM0525, Dia5mmxT2.5mm. Its diameter breaks through the current limit of the traditional coin type vibration motor which reaches 5mm.
LBM0620, Dia6mmxT2.0mm. Its thickness reaches 2.0mm, which suitable for the thickness to be even thinner structure requirements.
The structure of the above two motors allows the ring to move towards more miniaturization. The more compact and lightweight design not only makes the ring easy to carry and use, but also provides users with a more convenient smart experience without affecting their daily lives.
