The vibration motor plays an important role in the sports armband - the risk warning function. The vibration mode can be adapted to different exercise scenarios, especially when it comes to heart rate monitoring. For example, when the user's heart rate exceeds the preset safe range, the motor sends a vibration alert. The motor vibrates rapidly to remind the user to slow down or rest. For some specific training plans, if the heart rate fails to reach the expected level, the motor will also prompt the user to increase the intensity of the exercise through the strength of the vibration to ensure the training effect. If the user is detected to be stationary for an extended period of time (possibly due to physical discomfort or distraction), the device sends a gentle vibration through the motor to alert the user to appropriate activity.
